Diana Jones
Diana Jones was the darling of the festival when she showcased here back in 2007. A photocall had to be arranged for her as there wasn't enough space in the Club Tent for all of the photographers to fit in.
The interveening couple of years have seen her repuation in the worlds of country and Americana grow to the point where she's starting to be recognised by the wider music listening public.
Diana Jones was adopted as an infant only discovering her birth family in her late teens. Her blood comes from Tennessee and her re-uniting with it seems to have inspired her soul.
Not that she's totally lost the New York raising. There's something about her style that has her urban upbringing flowing through her music like veins of blue through cheese, giving her a very distinct sound
Her upbringing and mixing of two families has given Diana Jones a different perspective on the worldand one she seems to find easy to turn to song.
